We give your practice the ability to offer patients certified questionnaires on an iPad or other smart device while they are in the waiting room, or at their home/office on their own PC via a secure web link. Once the test is complete the practice will get a scored result via encrypted email or straight to their EMR and attached to the patient’s chart. These questionnaires can then be billed to the patient’s insurance provider.
